Cancellation Policy
The Exception to this is during the Festive Season when the deposit is non refundable and is due within seven days of reservation and the balance is due on 1st September thereafter all monies are non refundable.

Add 20% to rates for tax and government service charge
Other services
50% of the total stay is due within 7 days of reservation, the balance is due 60 prior to arrival and thereafter no monies are refundable. The exception to this is during the Festive Season when the balance is due September 1st.
